Printen lukt niet altijd

Raar : als ik een artikel download van het internet, ik sla het op in mijn documenten en dan print ik het. Geen probleem. Als ik zelf een document typ, ik sla het op (allebei .docx) in documenten en wil het afprinten met de zelfde instellingen als het vorige (printer HD 5525), dan drukt het alleen de gekleurde delen af ! Dus alle tekst niet. De inkt is zeker niet op, want anders zou hij ook het andere niet afdrukken natuurlijk. Is hier een verklaring voor ?
