Sorry, ik had duidelijk moeten vermelden dat het om een SSD ging.

Ik mag dan wel graag wat weten en/of bijleren, maar van die  SSD blijf ik wel af. Difficiel bazeke zo’n SSD ...

Wat ik al vond, en dat is nog maar een van die vele tips:
1.     Do Not Defrag Your SSD
2.     Disable Indexing
3.     Enable TRIM support (staat bij mij op “O”. toch aliets goed aan Acer☺)

Ook nog:
-         Don’t get it wrong, securely erase your SSD the right way (if you even need to at all).
-         his command does not actually write anything to the drive. Instead it causes the SSD to apply a voltage spike to all available NAND in unison, resetting every available block of space in one operation. By doing this, you will use one whole program-erase cycle for your drive
– a small dent in drive life, but still unnecessary unless you’re troubleshooting.

Dank voor de hulp.Een toch heb ik wat bijgeleerd. Ik gebruik ook nog 3 HDD's van telkens 1 Gb en dusis niets tevergeefs geweest.

Na al die theorie voel ik me wel wat minder solide maar toch bedankt!
